P R O G R A M    F E A T U R E S:

How It Works:

Customer Assistant is a feature rich Admin program that takes control of your product download. It takes over the process following your sale of an electronic download product through the email generated response to their purchase. Two things you provide in that email response which are required for the program's initiation:
  1. A Product Registration number (serial #) for their purchase (you provide in your eCommerce platfrom from a list you generate and insert in the program for enforcement)
  2. The link to access their registration and download (we provide you with an example).
When the customer receives your email response and clicks on the link provided, they will be taken to the program's password protected secure registration for their purchase. The form will call for their registration number. After a successful automated check against the current list of valid registrations available, they will be shown a success page with their data, download link and installation instructions. In addition, Admin will be sent a notice with their download data and a link back to the feature rich Admin Panel (partial list below). From the moment they click on that email download link, Customer Assistant does all the work for you.
