GENERAL

We respect the privacy of every individual who visits our website. This Privacy Policy outlines the information We may collect and how we may use that information.

We have appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site so you can feel comfortable and secure when shopping. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving your personal information on our site.

In addition, it is our policy to develop procedures to safeguard the security of consumers’ personal information, governing access to, use of and disclosure of personal information. We will ensure that consumer information is securely stored and that such data is available only to those employees or those commercial enterprises who have a legitimate need to access the data. Further, we will maintain accurate record keeping procedures concerning the use of any data supplied to us. We will ensure that (i) personal information will be used to enhance customer satisfaction, (ii) targeted marketing programs will be used only for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy and (iii) information will be accurately maintained.

PERSONAL DATA

We will not collect any personally identifiable information ("personal data") about you (e.g., your name, address, telephone number, or email address) through our website unless you have provided it to us voluntarily. If you do not want your personal data collected, please do not submit it to us.

When you do provide us with personal data, we may use that information in the following ways, unless stated otherwise:

(i) We may store and process that information to better understand the type of individuals that visit our website and their needs and how we can improve our products and services.

(ii) We (or a fulfillment house or other third party on our behalf, in connection with a promotion) may use that information to contact you.

(iii) We may provide other third parties with this information in aggregate form — but not individual personal data — information about visitors to, or users of, our site.

We do not now nor do we presently intend to sell, rent, or market personal data about you to third parties.

NON-PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION COLLECTED

Different technologies are used to collect aggregate statistics about our customer and visitor base, including cookies and web server logs. Web server logs tell which pages are more and less popular on our site and where people were before they came to our website. Cookies, as explained in further detail below, tell us how may people visit the We site, how many people return to the site, and what language preferences our users have.

We use these statistics to monitor traffic so we can effectively handle site capacity. The statistics also help us determine which parts of the site are most popular. With this information, we can continually improve the website to better meet the needs of our clients and prospective clients.

To better target our advertising, we may use an outside vendor to gather the following types of non-personally identifiable information about users who come to our sites via our ad banners:

(i) Your IP address (a unique number assigned to every computer on the Internet). Information that can be inferred from the IP address includes the user's geographic location, company, type, and size of organization.

(ii) Your domain type (i.e. .com, .net, or .edu.).

(iii) Standard information included with every communication sent on the Internet. For example, information which we can infer from this standard information might include your browser version and type (e. g. Netscape or Internet Explorer), operating system (i.e., Windows or Macintosh), browser language (e. g. Java or Unix), service provider (e. g. MindSpring or AOL), your local time, etc.

(iv) How you utilize the pages you visit within our site (e.g. which pages you view).

Also, we may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personal data or personally identifying information. We may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to(i) comply with law,(ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements, or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of our company, our users, or others.

INFORMATION PLACED AUTOMATICALLY ON YOUR COMPUTER — "COOKIES"

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. The cookies used by us do not contain any personally identifying information, but they do enable us to provide features to store items in your shopping cart between visits. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. In order to enjoy all the features available to you on the site you must have cookie acceptance enabled.

CHILDREN'S POLICY

Our company does not seek to solicit information from anyone under the age of thirteen (a "Child"). If a Child submits information to us through any part of our Web site, and we know that the person submitting the information is a Child, we will not use it for any purpose. We will delete the information as soon as we discover it and we will not disclose it to third parties.

Please note: When you contact us, provide your name and address exactly as it appears on any correspondence you have received from us.

AGREEMENT

By using this site, you signify your agreement to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to our Privacy Policy, please do not use this site. We reserve the right, at our complete discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this policy at any time.

Please check back periodically for any changes we may make to this policy. Your continued use of this site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept these changes.
